Restarting your gateway clears temporary memory, refreshes network connections, and often resolves intermittent connectivity issues.
The power button is located on the back of your gateway, near the power port.

Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds, or simply unplug the power cable. Wait for all lights to turn off.
All lights should turn off
Allow the gateway to fully power down. This ensures all temporary data is cleared.
Wait at least 30 seconds
Press the power button or plug the power cable back in. Wait 3-5 minutes for the gateway to fully boot up.
LED should turn solid white when ready
